1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of SevaDue (the "Service"), which is operated by Integrity Techno Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and your account

• The Service is for business use by people aged 18 or over.
• You must give accurate information when you sign up, and verify your WhatsApp phone number with a one-time password.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including the accounts you create for your technicians.

3. The Service

SevaDue helps you manage clients, equipment, service visits, reminders, invoices and earnings. We may improve, change or remove features. We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

4. Free trial

New accounts get a 21-day free trial. No payment is needed to start. To keep using the Service after the trial you need to choose a paid plan.

5. Plans, payments and taxes

• Plan fees and message pack prices are shown on the pricing page. They are in Indian rupees, and 18% GST is added.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. If you choose UPI AutoPay, you authorise us to collect the plan fee through the mandate you approve at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel the mandate at any time.
• If a payment fails, your plan may be marked past due and paused until it is paid.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. WhatsApp reminders and messaging

The Service can send WhatsApp messages to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for having your customers' permission to contact them and for the content of your messages. Each plan includes a monthly number of messages; extra messages can be bought as packs. Messaging is provided through third-party providers and is subject to their rules, including WhatsApp's. We may limit or suspend messaging if it is misused or causes spam complaints.

7. Your data

You own the data you put into SevaDue. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' details. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to send spam or abusive messages, to infringe other people's rights, to interfere with or attempt to break the security of the Service, to copy or reverse-engineer it, or to resell it without our written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, for example for payments (Cashfree Payments), messaging (WhatsApp through our messaging provider), hosting and sign-in. Their terms apply to those parts, and we are not responsible for their outages or actions.

10. Our rights in the Service

The Service and its software belong to us. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

11. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the Service at any time and cancel your plan as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, do not pay, or if the law requires it. After your account ends we may delete your data after a reasonable period; ask us first if you need a copy.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Reminders and messages are aids, and we do not guarantee that a message is delivered, read or acted on. You remain responsible for your own service records, invoices and tax filings.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and if you keep using the Service after that you accept the update.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have by law to go elsewhere.
